Individual professional recognition typically takes 4–6 weeks. Organisational accreditation involves a fuller audit process and typically takes 8–12 weeks from application to award. We’ll discuss realistic timelines in your initial discovery call.

IAOA is the standards and accreditation body — it sets the global quality benchmarks and provides professional recognition. IOA is the training and development subsidiary that delivers courses, certifications, and LMS pathways aligned to IAOA standards.

Most IOA courses are delivered via our LMS as self-paced e-learning. Some advanced programmes (including the Certified Occupational Assessor) are cohort-based with live sessions and practitioner feedback. Blended options are available for organisational teams.
